How did Bolo die?

There seems to be some missing footage between the Saxon - Bolo fight. One scene Bolo gets kicked in the nuts writhing in pain. The next he's resting beneath Saxon's feet. Breathing his last. There seems like something was cut out. A sequence that was deemed too violent to show, maybe? Like the "saw in the head" from Big Boss.

PS: Is it possible to die via getting kicked in the nuts, really really hard? 😁

It is not clear whether or not Bolo dies, but he does pass out from the beating and the pain following the kick to the groin.

I naturally assumed he died. We never saw him again after that.

No, but that doesn't mean he died.
We never saw Parsons or any of the other competitors either. Wonder what happened to them?

"Parsons!" Had to look him up to remember the guy. Maybe he was left stranded on a rowboat. Never to be seen again 😁

Another weird thing about this scene is Roper is wearing black shoes and when Bolo falls and passes out/dies the feet by his head are wearing white shoes.

Of course! The cause of death for Bolo's character was continuity errors 😁
