I would have to say Seymour followed by Foggy.
I liked how Seymour invented things and Compo would have to be the guinea pig.
I hated the first Foggy, he was just not goo enough, then he went away and then came back. After that there was more action and comedy.
Yes its the same actor but its like 2 different foggys, one was boring and the other was good.,
