Sure, I get everyone didn't want to go behind her up Christmas trees, or through air-shafts etc, in case she got stuck and trapped them behind her, and all that.

But, really Mr Rogo? She just saved you and the whole group by freeing the preacher from drowning, giving herself a fatal heart attack in the process, and all you can do is comment on her weight again with the line:

"Had a lotta guts, lady. Lotta guts!"

Rogo said she had a lot of guts (courage), but OP's joke is that Rogo was saying a lot of guts (fat stomach).

It wasnt a very funny joke, but it was an attempt at humor, nonetheless
