how about a movie remake?

I really enjoyed reading this book. I think it would be great if they
redid this movie, because i think it would be something many teens
would see. I know that drugs seem to be a very popular topic for high
school and college students. The only thing I would really like to see
is an accurate account of the direct after affect of a crash after
using. does anyone else think this would be a good movie to remake? if
so what would you like to see done with this story movie wise?

I just finished the book, and I thought it was amazing! A movie remake would be great. what about Danielle Panabaker for the part of Alice? She 's now in Lifetime movies, so she can deal with that kind of acting. ex. Mom at 16. (I recommend it)

I think Evan Rachel Wood would be perfect for the role.

They should hire me to do the script! Jenna Malone or Christina Ricci would be good for Alice. We could bring back Will Shatner, only this time as Gramps. I would make it just like the book! Every last explicit detail, so people could see exactly what happens when drugs take over your life. Kitty from That 70s Show would be perfect for the Mom!

I think it would be a great idea to make a new movie the old one didn't show some of the more important parts of the story and plus it does need to be updated for the now. I didnt want to drugs before I read the book and after I definitely didn't. I think it would help teens to see the consequences my best friend tried lsd and died the first time so a movie like this I believe could truly help.

uh this movie has been remade - sort of...

its called "thirteen". yeah she doesnt die, but its the same general idea. thats why ur all suggesting nikki reed and evan rachel wood as the stars.
