This movie sucks!!! It wasn't scary at all, in fact, it was laughable. Just plain stupid. I will never rent it again. I can't believe you people think this piece of crap is scary and good. It's neither.

Old post but felt had to counter. This was one of the best TV movies of its time. Proved you can have good horror without throwing guts all over the place.

I bought the blu ray and I have to say I thought it was very good. For a tv movie it's exceptional. I am still debating on whether to get The Night Strangler.
