I did find a reference that said Henry was over 6 ft tall,

Yes, Anne Hathaway is lovely. I think Angela Jolie would be a good fit for the part of Anne Boleyn. She's very beautiful--you can see why a man would chase her for years--and she's charitable, yet there is undoubtedly a serious bitch hiding in there too.

I like Kenneth Branagh, but I would also like to see Sean Bean. He's a bit taller, but only just. Gerard Butler could fit the part physically, but maybe tweak his hair colour. Maybe Liam Neeson.
Anne:
I stand by Natalie Portman as being the physical essence of Anne Boleyn. Anne was said by some to be 5'3 in height, dark hair, dark eyes, olive complexion, long swan-like neck, and petite. Keira Knightley, Rose Byrne, Anne Hathaway and Emmy Rossum are all over 5'5, making them too tall. Audrey Tatou is a possibility, as she also fits Anne's physical description. I believe that Natalie Portman would have been the perfect Anne if she was given a good script and good direction for The Other Boleyn Girl, but alas, she wasn't.

Tricky one. I read somewhere (can't remember where) that KOA was tiny (about 4'11). If we go with the stereotypical hispanic, Salma Hayek (taller than 4'11, but shorter than Anne Boleyn), just put a bit of ageing make-up on her. If we go with the historical description of fair hair, and short stature, Kristin Chenoweth, but give her a slightly darker blonde hair and maybe make her eyes brown.
