Yeah. Hope the buyer leaves it as-is. Was cool that the Brady cast helped convert it to the TV universe.

How did they add a second floor when the exterior shot still looks like a ranch?

Not sure the details but it appears the main living area is sunk underground a bit which would allow that bedroom area to be a level up.
