They are highly similar, but it appears Matt Damon has better teeth than Tim O'Kelly.

I thought he kind of looked like Mark Wahlberg but my friend I was watching the movie mentioned the Damon resemblance. Any other cast members of The Departed people think Tim O'Kelly looks like?
