So was the entire last half hour a metaphor for sexual intercourse. I mean the discovery kind of looks like a penis, then it ends a wormhole (vagina), some of the imagery looks like sperm cells and of course the whole things ends with a fetus.

You’re right, and it’s also about how society systemically abuses black people. I mean we have space which is black and it’s being invaded by the Discovery which is white.
