Her character was pretty funny comic relief in this movie.. Her manner and her crazy hats cracked me up, I hope to see this actress again...

She brightened up every movie she was in. If you haven't seen her Lina Lamont in SINGIN' IN THE RAIN, I recommending starting there. Priceless, and should have won the Oscar.

In my case, self-absorption is completely justified.

I loved her in "Singing in the Rain", and she was also good in an Andy Griffith episode in which she was featured as a society lady who was pulled over by Andy and Barney for speeding, out on the country road outside of town. Her character was similarly obnoxious and entitled-acting as her Lina Lamont character in SITR.

Life is a banquet, and most poor suckers are starving to death!

I loved Jean as "Doll" in "Asphalt Jungle."
