Also Durante and Keaton in "The Passionate Plumber" and "Speak Easily" (both 1932). Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer tried to turn the two into a comedy duo. With that in mind, it's ironic that Keaton and Durante (supposedly) switched roles in "Mad World."

Yes, I do now remember that in the documentary BUSTER KEATON: A HARD ACT TO FOLLOW, to which, if I recall correctly, was a totally unhappy experience for Keaton.

In continuing with the theme of the thread, you had Don Knotts and Norman Fell in one episode of THREE'S COMPANY. In a later episode, Dick Shawn would play John Ritter's father, so count that one as well because of the presence of Don Knotts.

Buster Keaton and Jesse White (sharing scenes) in "Pajama Party". Buster was in a lot of those '60s AIP teen movies; had to pay the rent, I guess.
