Underrated Horror Film

I know this film definitely has a following, but I rarely see it show up on any "Greatest Horror Movie" lists or something similar. I really do think it's one of the best and most fascinating horror/haunted house movies I've seen.

Albeit with the unfortunate position of The Shining (and I'll just leave that diatribe for another time) this list rates The Haunting #1.
