Donald Trump is Iselin

A moronic demagogue running for office, using fear mongering to scare the people and hopelessly out of his depth.

I watched the movie again tonight - for the 50th time probably - and the first thing I thought was "where was Raymond Shaw during the Republican Convention"...when we really needed him.

How do you feel about this statement after the attempt on Trumps life? I have mixed feelings on it honestly wondering if you still wished this to come to pass? Cheers.

Here's another amazing comparison: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQmbttoxUeE&feature=youtu.be

Nope, Hillary is Mrs. Iselin. And her little temper tantrum meltdown on Election Night where she needed to be sedated (hence why they had to send out her errand boy Podesta to send everyone home) is the ultimate comment on her mental unfitness to hold any kind of office.

Trump is a know nothing white supremacist. If America's tax laws and bankruptcy laws weren't set up to keep his kind from failing, he would be panhandling or in prison.

Looks like another bitter leftist needs to get back to a "comfort zone" right now. :)

Hillary Clinton was the most corrupt individual to ever get the nomination of any party. And let this election be a lesson to what happens when a party forms a personality cult around an individual complete with insipid Hollywood adoration and media lap-dog sycophancy. Voters in the midwest who come from that background of "deplorables" (yet who had no trouble voting for Bill Clinton or even the present occupant) made it clear what they felt about that.

Nobody who works on Hillary Clinton's campaign staff or Donald Trump's campaign staff can admit to posting comments on IMDb message boards. Staffers on both campaigns work long hours, even in the aftermath of the election, and that would make blogging about old movies difficult.

But Eric-62-2 has posted thousands of comments on IMDb for many years. You can confirm that by clicking on Eric-62-2 and browsing through what you see under the heading "Latest Message Board Posts." The posts are evidence that he is a weird person with bad social skills.

You also find that an IMDb conversationalist used to treat Eric's opinions with respect during rambling debates that they had, but this person, who uses the screen name HobNob53, eventually terminated their relationship.

Eric-62-2 has a history of trolling, harassing and stalking anyone who tries to direct people's attention to his long history of incoherent comments on IMDb. He sometimes claims to know who they are: Lisa Pease, Lisa Pease Herschel, Mr. David Herschel, Mr. Lee Israel Herschel Bernardi, etc. Inside the twisted mind of a name dropper, the more the merrier.

On at least one occasion, Eric-62-2 noticed someone's assertion that his relationship with HobNob53 had ended, and he declined to comment on it. There you get a glimpse of the big picture of mental illness in the United States. Someone has ruined his or her friendships with people but refuses to admit whose fault it is that the friendships ended.

In the big picture, which of course includes millions of people who don't make comments online, each person who needs to be evaluated by a doctor refuses to pay attention to people saying that an evaluation is necessary. If you try to tell someone to get checked out by a medical doctor, the person doesn't want to listen to what you're telling him or her.

Let's see if this post prompts a reply from someone who is using a screen name other than Eric-62-2. If it does, will that person please browse through the evidence of the weird person's incoherent frame of mind? Please do that before commenting here. Thanks in advance.

(Yawn). Another David Henschel fake ID gets dusted off.

What did I tell you? Eric-62-2, suffering from chronic mental illness, is yawning from fatigue and deluding himself about "Lisa Pease, Lisa Pease Herschel, Mr. David Herschel, Mr. Lee Israel Herschel Bernardi, etc." Eric has dropped the names from his ongoing delusions throughout many years of posting IMDb comments. The names that Eric dropped were well-known on IMDb for a long time before today. You don't find any indication that I have edited what I said earlier today. I knew what Eric was going to say before he said it.

Eric's mother died at Morristown Medical Center (New Jersey) "from complications caused by several years of declining health," according to her obituary. You can click below to read it. Sadly, while Margaret "Grace" Paddon, born in 1937, struggled with her own health, she had to cope with her knowledge of her son Eric's mental illness. She even lived with him for many years while he typed his incoherent messages to other IMDb users.

It's possible that Eric-62-2 might post another incoherent message in this thread. That would be appropriate. Some people who have seen The Manchurian Candidate have commented that certain scenes in the movie seem incoherent. A screen name you definitely won't see in this thread is hobnob53. This person used to debate Eric on various IMDb message boards, then the person decided to separate permanently from Eric. If you try to tell Eric that someone is terminating a friendship with him, he refuses to pay attention to what you are saying. That reality illustrates why mental illness is such a sensitive issue in the United States. Sick people refuse to admit they could be sick.

weirder than his other post

Eric-62-2 has a long history of posting rambling comments on a variety of IMDb message boards. If you sample them, you find that he has bad social skills and mental health issues. It doesn't matter what screen name he uses. What matters is that he is mentally ill.

That. Did. Not. Happen. Stop spreading fake news, please. The fascists won. Why are you still whining?

Round two.

If you watch closely during the convention, for a brief moment you can see a Johnny Iselin sign with the slogan "America First, Second, and Third". Between this film and "Face in the Crowd" five years earlier, they really anticipated Trump.
