I just finished watching it and I definitely wish that Burton had been given more screen time. I’m not sure who else I wish I had seen more of other than the German who spotted the invasion force on the horizon.

Can I nominate my least favourite? Good:

!. John Wayne for being completely miscast. Not Wayne's fault but that doesn't matter.

2. Richard Beymer for being the most irritating person in the film. I wish they'd given him lockjaw instead of chewing gum.
