From 1989, with all the main cast members plus the director and writer (Herk Harvey was part of the cast himself though):

That is a fantastic picture for sure! I wonder what kind of function it was, like general Horror/Sci-Fi, or maybe a program to promote the re-release of Carnival of Souls?

It's good to see Herk Harvey in the same make-up. His little cameo shot was the one that sent a shiver down my spine the first time I saw the film.
