did anyone see this in theatres?
i saw this movie 4 times when it was in theatres way back in 1991. i was obsessed with it lol.

shareyeah i saw it in the rerelease. It was the first movie I saw at the cinema- ever! I even remember the cardboard cutout standing as an advertisement in the movie theatre- and I was like 2! After that I was obsessed with the movie until I was 8 or so. I even wrote a song about how much I loved dalmatians and everyone I know tease me about it now.
shareWe lived in Japan when the live action version came out. On the day we found out about our son (we were adopting), we found out we could pick him up the next day. I was so excited/nervous/scared that I couldn't think about cooking dinner and when my husband asked what I wanted, the only thing I could think of was a Big Mac. We hardly ever ate at McD's because there wasn't one on the US Base and on the economy it was expensive - that night our Big Macs were $9 a piece. They had a promotion for the movie and with each Big Mac we were able to get a stuffed puppy - they were about three inches tall and six or seven long. One became my son's favorite toy for the first six months of his life.
