Assembling the soundtrack?

Obviously, there is no soundtrack album for this movie. I found a website that id'ed most of the songs as being from a band called The Revels, but there are a few songs by other artists that aren't listed, though one was traced to Charles Wright. Anyone know if one of the boutique labels like Numero Uno have collected these regional period hits and if they can be bought on CD or mp3 download?

I too am quite interested in identifying the artist or the title of that rockabilly type mystery song that was playing in the background of the bar scene. Can anyone furnish more of the lyrics that was heard or supply any other information on this song, or any suggestions to find out more about this song?
If anyone can shed any light on this, please post your suggestion.

Here is the first round of lyrics from the "mystery song" during the bar scene:

Did you ever fall for someone who didn't fall for you?
Were you ever true to someone who wan't true to you?
Well if you have, you're not alone and it's nothing new.
Cause with me it's almost like (unknown word) love (this is a chorus line)

Have you ever stayed at home and spent so many lonely nights?
That you wonder what it's like to have someone to hold you tight?
Well if you have, (unknown words) cause I know just what it's like.
Cause with me it's almost like _____ love (chorus line)

Does anyone who recorded this song or the name of it? If you do know anything, please post what you know.
Thanks,

Judging by their one LP album (entitled INTOXICA) which was later reissued on CD by the Sundazed label, The Revels were primarily an instrumental band. The film THE EXILES has quite a few rockabilly and doo-wop vocals heard as source material in various scenes, so I'd say that there is a significant amount of uncredited music in the film. I wish I could identify the other artists.

That album by the Revels has one track entitled "COMANCHE"-The Detoured Theme from the motion picture "THE EXILES."

I loved the soundtrack and also would like to listen to those songs again.

Many years later: The rockabilly song around 16 minutes into the film is “I Wanna See You” by Jackie Lee Cochran, 1959
