Episode Midnight Sun

I love this episode. It was one of my favorites but my one gripe about it is that if it is over 100 degrees outside, why is everyone wearing thick heavy clothing? At least wear cooler clothing, place some kind of covering over the windows to block the sun and place some cool rags on your skin for goodness sakes!!

I love Midnight Sun, but the "science" made no sense, at least not to me. The Earth was moving closer to the sun but it was STILL revolving, right? Why would it be daylight at midnight? Sure it would be a lot hotter. But it wouldn't be lighter. When it's daytime on one side of the planet, it's night time and dark on the other side.

Still, a scary episode with a "chilling" ending.

Because the moon was so bright being as close to the sun as the Earth that it was lighting the night as if it was day!!

Am I grasping? LOL.

Definitely grasping! Or did you get your info from the late Texas Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee? Last spring, shortly before she passed away, she “explained” the difference between the sun and the moon.

She said we get our energy from the sun in the daytime and from the moon at night. So maybe you have something there.😂

Gosh I miss her and her nutty explanations. And she was serious when she made them.

Over 100 degrees outside! Oh, the humanity! Where I live that's called June to October. An only 100 degree day is a break.
