Episodes of "TZ" you wish they'd leave out of the Marathons?
Why include "Mr. Bevis," "The Might Casey," or "The Bewitchin' Pool" when plenty of better episodes are out there?

shareMost of the ones that attempt comedy.
shareI actually really like "The Bewitchin' Pool." I don't like the dubbed voices but It doesn't ruin the episode for me. I loved when they played every episode. I think it's good for them to play some lesser-known episodes during the marathon because there are many people who have never seen those episodes.
shareYes, I think I'll go along with that. The dubbed over voice of Sport is weird at first. But there was a reason for it, i.e., the actress's heavy Southern actress made her hard to understand with all the background noise. It's still an odd episode that I have come to appreciate.
I get a bit disappointed that some of MY personal favorites are not shown when other episodes are. But every episode should have its chance to be shown. All the fans have their favorites, so I don't mind that they show ones I don't care for. I just check the guide on my TV and watch my favorites!
The Might Casey and The Big Tall Wish are the worst episodes in my opinion so the Marathons could do without them.
share"The Mighty Casey" was possibly Season One's best Rod Serling intro. Once the soundtrack though employs a slide whistle to illustrate Casey's prowess as a pitcher the episode goes down the drain fast.
"The Big Tall Wish" is poignant and ground-breaking (using an all-black cast must have rustled more than a few feathers in the Heartland) and Ivan Dixon's performance as Bolie Jackson is terrific (not so terrific is his upper body which is not the upper body of a boxer -- whether that pugilist is over-the-hill (as he's suppose to be here) or still in his prime). I know I'm in the minority here but I enjoy "Wish" every time it shows up on the Marathons.
