Elizabeth Taylor is beautiful in this movie. This and Giant is the hottest she has looked in her days. Is there any other flicks when she looks sexier then she does in this one? Let me know cause I would like to see them as well. So to recap, in my opinion, Elizabeth has never been hotter then she is in this flick. What does everybody else think?

It's on now. She is exquisite here, and thinner than she'd be on-screen for more than ten years. And a phenomenal performance.
But, this print on TCM seems very over-lit. Sometimes "restoration" goes too far.
I most envied her in Father of the Bride, thinking, "If only I could look like that for just one day." But she was more "innocently gorgeous" in that than sexy, AFAICT.

shareI still remember to this day looking at a colored photo of Elizabeth Taylor back when I was a sophomore in high school. I thought at the time she was perfection and she was...that was in 1954! She was still good in 1958, but IMHO, 1954 was her peak year!
