That poor cat!!!
I can't believe the harassment they put that poor cat through. Kim swats at it with a broom several times, and Jimmy shoves it in a garbage can and puts a top over it to keep it in. Doubt they could do that today! :)
shareOh come on. I'm a animal lover and cat "owner" and there was nothing abusive in this movie towards Pye. Kim didn't hit Pye with the broom--she just used it to nudge him off the shelf and into her arms. As for Jimmy, what he did to Pye in the waste basket is no different than what most of us do when we put our cats into totes for vet visits. In fact Pye didn't protest being put into the basket at all. I wish MY cat would go so peacefully into his tote!
