Similar in plot to Them! (1954), the scorpion attack set-pieces were created by Willis O’Brien, who created similar ones for King Kong (1933). He used stop motion for this film, with enormous detail that most other 1950s MONSTER movies did not have. Stars Richard Denning (Dr Hank Scott), former Playboy Playmate Mara Corday (Teresa Alvarez), Carlos Rivas (Professor Arturo Ramos), Mario Navarro (Juanito).

Run time 1 hour 28 minutes. IMDB rating 5.4
