Serling's Take on Movie Studio Chiefs?

Watching the tense boardroom scenes, I couldn't help but think that Serling had witnessed scenes like this play out in various movie studio meetings. Ramsey definitely had the overbearing, belittling personality of Jack Warner, Louis B. Mayer, Harry Cohn, etc.. They used and abused their employees and cared about profit above all else. I'm sure Serling's interactions with men like these inspired a lot of Ramsey's dialogue.

Fun Fact: Nearly 25 years later, Elizabeth Wilson (Marge) would play another executive secretary (the nosy Roz) in one of the best office movies ever made...9 to 5.
