Why not put good propeller on good engine?
The captain and copilot explained that one engine was weak and the other had a sawed off propeller. So I was wondering why they didn’t pair the good propeller and good engine. The only reason I could think of was that they were counter rotating and so the propellers were pitched in reverse with respect to each other since one would spin CW and the other CCW. But when they showed both engines starting I think they were both spinning CCW but maybe I’m wrong.
