when are we finally going to get a big screen remake of gunsmoke?
Hollywood has been trying to get one off the ground since 2010
"Touchdoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooown Auburn"
We don’t really need one.
I enjoyed the show but there’s nothing unique about the characters or plots to make it worth doing a film adaptation vs. just making a general western with all new characters.
But, I’d rather see a more accurate remake of Wild, Wild West. That Will Smith dumpster fire (that proved years ago that woke doesn’t work) still leaves a stench in the air that needs to be fumigated.
