When the doctor talks about how the aliens have a life expectency of 130 years because "their medicine is so much more advanced." The doctor then says "He was very nice about it, but he made me feel like a third class witch doctor"

THEN, the whole time during this conversation, the doctor is pulling a pack of smokes our of his doctors coat and he's lighting up with the other two doctors,...

Reminds me of the Scene in Star Trek 4: The Voyage Home where McCoy says the dialysis(sp?) patient "Dialisys?!? MY GOD! What is this, the dark ages??".
