I saw this movie decades ago on late night t.v and thought that she was one of the most beautiful women I had ever seen. Than it came back and saw her introduce the movie and still looking beautiful.I watched some of the movies she was in but she just never looked as hot and alluring as she did in this movie. I have turned on this movie to friends and family ....they agree ...you can't take your eyes off of her.
shareIndeed! Coleen is very captivating in this, yes. Part Of her 'Allure' in this film could possibly be attributed to her "fresh face"ness.. as this was something like her 4th film. ..Still "ONE Of a kind".. FOR SURE!!
shareIndeed, Coleen is a beautiful woman. She reminded me of another attractive actress, Terry Moore who also had that "bouncy", alert personality and beautiful hair.
Remember Coleen's very first appearance in "Nightmare Alley"; it's really a killer visual introduction in the movie. The photography in this noir is so good and so unexpected for this type of film. But, in some ways, Coleen is not really a classic beauty, but has a playful "every girl" persona that attracts the viewer.
This movie is so great in so many ways.

See Colleen in the 50s Kubrick noir "The Killing" and the horror flick "The Leech Woman."
She was beautiful in this film.
Rooney Mara is a great looking Woman but even she couldn't measure up Coleen Gray.
