didn't Talbot and Dracula die in House of Frankensten?

There a logical good explanation as to why Talbot and Dracula are brought back to life in House of Dracula where in House of Frankenstein Talbot was shot and killed and Dracula died a stupid death during the day in House of Frankenstein?

Money. House of Frankenstein made a lot of money and people love the characters. I actually enjoy house of Dracula more.
