Going My Way vs. Bells of St. Mary's

Which do you prefer? I have seen both these movies for the first time only recently, and while I thorougly enjoyed both, I have to vote for Going My Way. Barry Fitzgerald was amazing, and I think he made this movie. Gotta love Bing, though!

That being said, I think the 1st grade Christmas play in Bells was about the cutest thing I've ever seen!

I can't agree with you more! I thought Barry Fitzgerald was simply AMAZING in that movie and especially toward the end his MOTHER walks out slowly shaking a little bit to meet him as they hug each other. I can see that play in my head clear as day to this day because it reminds me of my MOTHER which I will never forget!
