Best of the quotes from Casablanca
The last quote from the movie is my favorite " Louie I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship".
What are you gonna do? Kill me? Every body Dies. John Garfield (Body and Soul)

Good thing they ended the film with that line, instead of the original idea of
ending it with the interior of the getaway plane, where Ilsa and Victor are having
a screaming fight.
I'm not crying, you fool, I'm laughing!
Hewwo.
"I remember every detail: The Nazis wore gray - you wore blue."
So sarcastic and cruel...
Nobody's looking for a puppeteer in today's wintry economic climate.
For me the best one was:
We'll always have Paris.
There was a very long thread on this some time ago that has sadly faded, but they have repeats cause they are good.
"I’m shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on here!”
“…Your winnings, sir.”
“Oh, thank you very much!” [love how the rascal didn't even pause]

You hear this line all the time. It is the ultimate hypocrite line.
Other lines:
"Here's looking at you kid."
"Are my eyes really brown?" Great wise as line to the Major.
I don't know why, but one line from Sam always cracks me up:
Rick: If it's December 1941 in Casablanca, what time is it in New York?share
Sam: What? My watch stopped.
Rick: If it's December 1941 in Casablanca, what time is it in New York? It's a great quote, and one that also gives a precise timeframe for the movie. Pearl Harbor was Dec 7 and you have to assume that news of the would have caused a stir within 24 hours. So it very well may be that Rick and Louis talk about their friendship just as the bombs are dropping. And I am assuming the date was not chosen by coincidence. share

"what watch?" "10 watch" "such much"...
Then Karl with the clincher "You will get along beautifully in America." LOL
"I stick my neck out for no one."
"Yesterday they were just two German clerks. Today they're the "Honored Dead."
