This might constitute child porn in some countries. The EU may remove shots from the movie and include a message at the beginning of DVD's that it was done so in accordance with the Protection of Children act.

That scene would NEVER slip by today. Movies in the 1940s got away with so much lol

But nowadays parents are so damn sensitive.
