Cat and the Canary, and The Ghost Breakers are two of my favourite films. Just love those old haunted house movies.
Can you guys recommend any others (apart from Scared Stiff and, at a pinch, Abbott and Costello Meet the Killer)?
Not a movie, but an episode of "The Wild Wild West" titled "The Night of the Man-Eating House" at 50 minutes is like a short movie. It has an 8.2 IMDb rating.

I have now seen both. I would say I liked Ghost Breakers a little more but both are very good. Atmospheric and creepy but in a fun way. Bob Hope and Paulette Goddard make a fine pair in both films. I'm sure liberals would want Ghost Breakers deleted because of its depiction of black people.
