Other train movies?
I'd like to watch some other movies set on trains (I've already seen "Murder on the Orient Express"). With suspence or romances, old or new, any kind of train movies... Can you recommend me some?

shareI don't think anyone mentioned the excellent The Tall Target (1951), another train set suspense movie.
"A New York City detective, traveling by train between New York and Baltimore, tries to foil an on-board plot to assassinate President-elect Abraham Lincoln before he reaches Baltimore to give a major pre-Inauguration speech in 1861."
Howl (2015) (British film)
Red Eye (2005) (Korean film)
Train (2008)

It's a kids movie but "The Railway Children" is cute:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0066279/
Certainly better than "Polar Express".
"The First Great Train Robbery" is pretty good too:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0079240/
"The Great Train Robbery" (TV miniseries) is very good even though I hated Robert Glenister's character:

Source Code (2011) is a great little 'real time' thriller set on a train.
'Turn It Up Another Ten Notches!!.'
wow, that is literary a huge question, i'm just going to mention one of my favorites that comes to mind, the twilight zone episode "a stop at willoughby", then of course because of the train setting i confuse this with another black & white hitchcock movie "strangers on a train", i almost ended up on that board instead, but the story of this really reminds me of the twilight zone episode "and when the sky was opened", though that story, being twilight zone, doesn't quite follow the same logic, what a neat opening this movie has, like you expect it to be a still during the credits then it zooms out and looks like a miniature prop village. as they spoke european languages i got translation to my own language, i don't know about the original version. i didn't find the lady ("bird") by their table strange at all, but those fellas were close of being dicks, at least up to the point where as the cheaters came along, how about making them vanish to make the movie more pleasant, what a sight when the newspaper was lowered, also didn't one of the actors look quite like errol flynn?, the part where a guy hit his hat looked like something they let slide. spoiler follows, funny how the two british fellas at first appeared to be the movie's main roles to later blend in with the supporting cast, the unexpected ending was sort of outrageously insane because of the calm british comments meanwhile the chaos. the nun playing bit was great and reminded of that similar "a view to a kill" scenario.

what are you gonna replace it with,
what will unite,
use a bulb as light,
having experienced both sides,
breaks my heart you go through life without full sight,
you want the cathedral,
as shiny object but message you can do without,
where will you see hope, what will fill the soul,
or is it like an appendix you can get rid of.
