Is it really impossible to get Public Enemy on dvd?
Now THAT is sad news folks..

If anyone knows of an availiable release of this one,
please tell me!

On DVD Times's website, it says that there is going to be a release of the Warner Gangsters Collection on DVD on 25th January and The Public Enemy will be part of it but I'm not sure if there is a DVD release of it by itself...

The Public Enemy is available in Australia as of August 2005 on DVD along with other Warner Bros. gangster movies. They are available individually and quite cheap- $12(Australian).

yep. hmv 19.99 on sale!!!!! white heat, public eemy, angels with dirty faces and roaring twenties. all four DVDs for £19.99. it was like christmas all over again when i saw that offer. so worth it.

For 20 quid in HMV you can get a box with this, White Heat, The Roaring Twenties and Angels With Dirty Faces.

I bought the DVD of this movie, including the trailers, the words played at the beginning of the movie, a cartoon and a newsreel and short film... Wonderful! and all purchased for $19.95 AUD here in Australia.

I hope you were able to get yourself a copy of this wonderful movie.

So many people bought the signature collection, I couldn't belive when i saw it there, god bless HMV! Now all they need to do is release Footlight Parade on DVD and i'll be 'on top of the world!'

You cant get it on region 2 yet or yankee doodle dandy so I have had to get a hack code to change my dvd player to multi region, then buy loads of dvds when i'm in the states next month! Damn you Warner Bros UK!

The Australian DVD is now only AUS$5! That's cheap! Even if it's a crap movie!

But it's a good DVD from Warner Bros.
