The news has certainly slowed down a lot where it concerns Vance. It seems he has become nearly completely irrelevant since the election and is no longer a liability for Trump to overcome. The only liability Trump has is Trump, and the stupid things he says. :)
I think Vance will no longer be newsworthy until he does something worthy of resigning, or becoming president after Trump eats himself to death.

You're correct. It's because they've "paused" publishing their lies about Vance. Now they have nothing to report.
Certainly not for long if he continues saying(on the record) that "insert horrible thing here" OBVIOUSLY shouldn't happen, and then his boss goes and does it soon after!
