Trump has to be trolling with this pick for his Cabinet to get under Democrats skin is the only thing I can think of?? His Cabinet picks have been pretty good so far, with one or two that are questionable, like why not Nominate Dr. Ben Carson to HHS instead of RFK Jr and put RFK Jr in charge of Legacy Files and releasing the Files on JFK to the Public??
