Nobody needs a boob job. Or a nose job, or lip job. Or any other "job" Ever. The only jobs people should be getting are the kind that come with a paycheck.
I'm so sick of seeing plastic people everywhere. These days even some so called men are getting stuff injected into their faces. It's pathetic, everyone looks like freaks.
If you adjust your expectations to be more in line with the real appearance of women's actual bodies, instead of expecting women to adjust their bodies to meet your unrealistic expectations, you will be much happier and less frustrated by reality!
And remember, any woman who changes her body to conform to unrealistic expectations isn't doing it to interest *you*, she's doing it because she wants to get more out of life than a regular guy like you can give her.

As someone who has been with women with all kinds of breast sizes (small, medium, large, Christina Hendricks large, real, and fake), I don't care what size they are. Breast size does not make the woman.
