I honestly don't think I could be any more excited. She's been great in everything I've seen her in so I can't wait to see her take on this role. She definitely has the chops for it.
Hopefully with this news of casting, filming will start soon as well. It's been five years since Fury Road.
She has that looks of someone who never smiles so she does fit the character rather well.

While it was rather disappointing to learn that Charlize wasn’t going to be returning as Furiosa, frankly I am now as excited as I can be for this prequel with Anya taking over the role. Imma big fan! (Truly, she’s an amazing talent.) Plus, Hemsworth is also going to be in it? Of course he is! :D Exciting
I like her but i don't see her as an action actress ...
