can't she fix the gap in her teeth?
geez if you want national political office fix the gap between your two front teeth. Yes presentation matters.

shareI don't think it's her teeth its what the woman represents (tyranny).
shareI don't believe she represents that. I just assumed that if she was so well connected she'd pay attention to basic hygiene.
share"basic hygiene"
Chances are her she keeps her mouth cleaner than you keep yours. A diastema is a hereditary dental characteristic that has absolutely nothing to do with hygiene. Some people choose to have it reduced by means of mechanical orthodontic intervention (braces); however, to do so is an aesthetic decision, not a health measure. She would be better off devoting her health-maintenance time and energy to reducing her caloric intake and increasing the time she spends doing vigorous aerobic exercise.
Tyranny? How so?
shareHer weight is a bigger problem
shareI don't see weight as the problem--considering there were already people in DC as heavy if not heavier. But they do have straight teeth with no gaps in 2020. She was kidding herself if she thought she was going to advance without serious dental work
There is a reason why Harris was picked as VP and she was not.
Your processes of reasoning and logic are fascinating. What you are saying, above, is that there are people in Washington, DC who are as heavy or heavier than Ms. Abrams; therefore, her weight is not a problem. Yet you believe she needs "serious dental work". Unfortunately, obesity is a health problem regardless of how many other equally fat or fatter people there are. Her teeth, however, are not in need of any work, unless she decides for aesthetic reasons that she wants to eliminate her diastema, which is merely a cosmetic consideration, not a health issue.
shareObesity may be a health problem but it's not a PR/image problem in American culture--that's the difference. The broken teeth would be a PR/image problem.
