Director in National Intelligence

She was a WEF "Young Leader." When asked, she claimed she didn't know how she got on the list. Follow-up questions weren't answered because she walked away as fast as she could.

Elon Musk was asked to be a WEF "Young Leader," and turned them down. Sounds as though you don't just "find" yourself on the list. But even if her version is true, why pick someone to be the Director of National Intelligence when they got on Klaus Schwab's Young Leaders list and couldn't figure out how she got there? Doesn't competence count for anything?

reply

In victory, revenge.

reply

But not competence, apparently.

reply

In high office loyalty is the only thing that matters, Trump learned it the hard way, he was and still is an outsider, can't trust the republican establishment.

Tulsi Gabbard is pretty much an outsider too, she was screwed by the democrats just as he was, it is time for pay back.

reply

Loyalty is the only thing that matters? Then Gaetz would be confirmed, and he won't be. That's the only thing Gaetz has going for him.
Good grief, this is like having Eric Swallwell on the Intelligence Committee.

reply

Matt Gaetz was investigated for sex trafficking in 2020, who do you think investigated him?

Now he is the attorney-general.

Again, revenge is at hand

reply

Trump appointed him because he's hoping Gaetz will be his own version of a "wing man." We hated Eric Holder when he was in there and I hope we'll have enough principle to hate the very idea of Gaetz. But since Gaetz doesn't seem to care if his scorched earth policies benefit anyone but himself, Trump may rue the day he wanted revenge instead of competence.

reply

He ain't shit yet.

reply

Is this the new cope?

Well they haven't actually been sworn in yet, ha take that

Tasty cope.

reply

Not cope. He's very unpopular on both sides. But nothing is disqualifying anymore so maybe he will get in.

reply

No, he's very popular with MAGA who are the majority and in charge. It doesn't matter if the losers like him or not, in fact the more they dislike him the better suited he likely is.

reply

True but he has yet to be confirmed by the senate, and the RINOs are already speaking ill of him.

reply

Outstanding pick. She should be the first female President.

reply

She is not establishment, like Sanders she will never be a candidate. I think republican establishment even regretted to have Trump as a candidate in 2016.

reply

You can't get any more establishment than the WEF. King Charles and Biden are part of it, for pity's sake.

reply

WEF is a business establishment, which is a bit different from political establishment, they are not the same thing.

Also she was "Young Global Leader" of WEF in 2015, when she was a democrat congresswoman.

reply

How to say you don't know much about the WEF without saying you don't know much about the WEF.

reply

I know all about WEF, and I also suspect the current high inflation plaguing all the western countries is a part of their "great reset" initiative.

Because happening all those countries at almost the same time is not within the capability of any government.

The only organisation capable of doing so is WEF, and the high inflation happened almost right after "The Great Reset Initiative" was introduced by WEF.

reply

How to say you don't know what causes inflation without saying you don't know what causes inflation.

It is in the capability of all the Western governments sending shiploads of cash to Ukraine...which they're doing. Printing money they don't have is one of the main causes of inflation.

Look, since you don't know what you're talking about, the conversation ends, here. Have a lovely day! 🌞

reply

You think the money sent to Ukraine caused global inflation? That money is a tiny drop in the ocean of the western economies, it is a drop in the ocean even in US economy.

You are clearly very ignorant in the matter of economic issues, and I lost interest in any further discussion with you.

reply

I see you edited the post after I said I had lost interest in further discussion with you, to have a preemptive strike, that is kind of childish.

reply

I didn't see that! I deeply apologize.

Since you think I'm an ignoramus, please educate yourself with a short lecture from a genius named Thomas Sowell on inflation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPTBJVLMrdw

reply

I don't need to watch that, your comment on Ukraine said it all.

reply

If you print money for any reason -- Ukraine, trillion-dollar, pork-laden bills, etc. -- it WILL create inflation. Take any Intro to Econ class and you'll learn it the first week. You don't know that. And you don't want one of the world's top economists to explain it to you.

Well, if you don't know, and you won't learn, that says it all about you, dear. Continue to have that great day.

reply

Government spending is very different from central bank printing money, for starters they are done by 2 different organisations.

I am an avid investor, as a result I was able to retire at 41 about 10 years ago. I am in the rank of 1% in terms of personal wealth, and I was from a middle class background.

So do you think I understand economics?

You are ignorant and arrogant at the same, which is surprisingly a very common thing.

reply

She’s not in the WEF anymore kinda like she’s not a Democrat anymore.

She’s worth the risk.

reply

I find it ironic that someone who swears she didn't know she was in the WEF could be named to an "intelligence" post.

reply

Her job is to investigate whoever put her on domestic terrorist watch list, those are the core democrat stooges in intelligence community, it should be the same people targeting Trump.

I think whoever she suspected will be handed to department of government efficiency, which Elon Musk is in charge now, and they will be added to the downsize list.

And of course once Matt Gaetz cleaned up FBI, I think they will be investigated for interfering domestic politics.

reply

Last summer the Biden Administration secretly added her to the aviation Terror Watch List with the TSA applying the β€œQuad-S” threat designation for every airline ticket she purchased. She was scrutinized with high profile screening in every airport and followed by U.S. Air Marshalls from origin to destination of every flight. Her appointment to DNI is pure epicaricacy from Trump at the Dems and their allies in the intelligence bureaucracy

reply

I must be way behind the political scene now days, can you tell me what is so egregiously wrong with being in the WEF?

I mean, is it like when Tim Walz criticized JD Vance for going to Yale? I still don't get why that's a diss either? Is Yale a bad school or something? I'm sure Walz lost every vote from a Yale alumni in one single sentence.

reply

The WEF is one of those One World, globalist groups that tries to get everyone on board with creepy ideas like putting the mRNA vaccines in the food supply or, as one fellow suggested, in flu vaccines so you can't avoid it. They like Bill Gates' creepy ideas and put forward the notion of the "15 minute cities," where you wouldn't even need cars. They're all about centralized government, and centralized power. The head of the thing is a creep named Klaus Schwab, who sounds exactly like Hitler. They meet once a year in a Swiss city called Davos, where they exchange ideas with world leaders -- and "Young Leaders" -- on how to create the world they want.

Trump actually addressed their meetings twice, but he basically told them what was wrong with them. I was surprised they wanted him there the second time. Of course, they didn't care that he criticized them. They went right along being globalists as always.

Walz is like Kamala. He didn't make sense, either.

reply

JD Vance claimed to come from a very poor family, Yale is a very expensive private university, among the degrees offered at Yale, law school is one of the most expensive ones.

Vance did not mention scholarship, financial aid or student loan, he implied his grandmother worked hard to pay for it: https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/4841612-vance-walz-yale/

Yale law school cost $100K per year today: https://law.yale.edu/admissions/cost-financial-aid/cost-attendance

It is not going to cost a lot less 10 years ago.

Now how could that be possible for a "poor family"?

I think it is like Harris saying she came from middle class, Trump worked at McDoanld, Elizabeth Warren filming herself drinking a beer.

It is dishonest.

reply

Vance got into Yale on a "generous scholarship" which is something offered to people that come from low income backgrounds. Either you have some solid evidence that his mother (or grandmother) was actually rich at the time or you're just talking out of your ass.

I find it hilarious that Walz says that none of his students went to Yale. Well, fuck, maybe if you were a better teacher/coach, perhaps a few of them could have. Yale Law is one of the top rated schools in the US.

It would actually be a good thing if Walz could give us a success story of one of his former students rather than bashing Vance on something he was able to do even with the odds stacked against him.

JD Vance's story is not exactly unique though, there are plenty of opportunities like this in the United States but the left would rather play the victim card for so many. Walz's students are victims, he has no success stories. Shame really....

reply

I quoted an article, which quoted what JD Vance himself said? How do you prove your information?

Who is really talking out of his arse?

reply

You made the claim first that Vance's parents are actually rich. Let's see the evidence.

reply

JD Vance himself said his family paid for Yale law school, which was 3 years and about $300K. Is that possible for a "poor family"?

That is poor relative to whom? Bill Gates?

Anyway, you are clearly not intelligent enough to talk to me, adiΓ³s.

reply

Your source is questionable, like so many of them are on the internet. This link says he got in on a gen scholarship -

And this source is probably correct, since it's not intended to show Vance in a good light.... https://time.com/7002807/jd-vance-bootstrapped-myth/

Either way, it's plausible that his mother did work to pay for some of the things he needed while in school. But he got into Yale on a gen schol. Or maybe you have a link that confirms that his granny was rich at the time, I'll wait for it...

reply

Here's another link if the one above is just not good enough for you -

"Gabbard again bolstered Russian propaganda in 2022, when she tweeted a video repeating Kremlin claims that US-funded labs in Ukraine were developing biological weapons. The Russian claims appeared to be largely made-up justifications for Russia invading its neighbor."

reply

Um...the first thing they said was they were trying to "liberate" the Russian-speaking parts of Ukraine. I thought, Yeah, right -- until Gutfeld said his mother-in-law was in one of those Russian-speaking parts, and Fox was working hard to get her out.

I have no use for Ukraine. It's not the Ukrainian people's fault. It's Zelensky, who's banned all elections, making himself dictator for life. That's a bad thing if Trump does it, so the left didn't need to tell me, but they don't have a problem with it if Zelensky does it. I would if Trump did it, and I do when Zelensky did it. They say he's ground the young men of that country into powder in that war, and now he's doing it to the middle-aged men. But now that Trump's going to get in, he's been making noises like he might be interested in peace talks -- something the little dictator could have done long ago.

reply

Between this pick and Gaetz it looks like you may be having a touch of voter's remorse already, huh?

I find that absolutely hilarious! πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³πŸ’‹

reply

Not remorse, because the pundits always remind us of Biden's picks and immediately, even Gaetz looks at least normal.

reply

Seems to me he's a perfect fit for Don's administration, what with the sex trafficking allegations and all...

reply

All anyone has to do is bring up Sam Brinton, and all of Trump's appointees look normal, while for incompetence we have Buttigieg and Mayorkas.

Gaetz was cleared of literal sex trafficking, but his taste for teen girls should have him strung up by the goolies. And Trump should have been aware of his baggage.
