Not commenting on the subject matter, however this quite clearly is not the "proper response".
The OP states she has no breasts and the response was to "Go get glasses". If this was the "proper" response that would mean that by using glasses the responder would identify that she did indeed have breasts. However that would not be the case irrespective of how pretty one would deem her to be.

They couldn't cast a girl who was too beautiful or too shapely for the Star Wars movie. They wanted Rey to be a girl who did things for herself, you know, not someone who knew that if she wanted something she could just ask the nearest human male.
I really liked her performance, and none of the problems with "TRoS" were her fault.
