Not a comment on her weight but more the way she was standing on Flash at the end. He posture has definitely shifted to the way pregnant women stand and she is crossing her hands in front of her stomach more as well.

Not saying she doesn't I am commenting on the way she is standing and gestures that have changed the way they always do in pregnant women. It isn't exclusive to pregnant women but predominant in them. Next time read before you assume.
shareI didn't actually think to wonder if she was pregnant, but I did notice that it seemed that her bust line seemed to be noticeably flatter in the last two episodes of Arrow (almost as if she's been wearing a regular, lined/padded bra since the beginning and then started wearing a sports bra that flattened her a bit).
Her character has a tendency to wear fairly tight clothing and a few times it looked as though her sternum and ribcage were practically the same line.

I haven't noticed any changes in shooting angles (not that I'm an expert).
I think she's just built a certain (very attractive) way. ...If she *is* pregnant, on the other hand, and I'm wrong... Well, she's gonna get even more sexy (if that's possible), in all kinds of ways.

In the scenes where team Arrow are bidding farewell to team Flash, Felicity is wearing a pink dress. The camera was not shy about anything in that scene, and as such, I'm pretty sure they're not trying to hide a pregnancy. She's just broad in the midsection, from the front (once again, not a problem in my book). When she turns around, she looks perfectly shapely from behind. Love that bum.
In all fairness, your ladt comment concerning Arrow vs Flash is irrelevant. If you read the OP's first message he did say at the END of Flash, not the begining. I mean no offense to you at all by any of this I'm just hoping to point out a flaw in your part of your message.
shareI wondered this too when I saw the most current episode of Arrow, when Felicity and Oliver are at the tree lighting. Her coat kind of makes her look pregnant. She was wearing skinny jeans earlier in the episode but the thought hadn't occurred to me at that point.
