I don't know anything about him, other than he had a stroke and he managed to be elected instead of fucking oz.

Well, he doesn't want to wear formal attire.

That's a reason to NOT like him that much.

He was elected out of sympathy is the only thing I can think of and showing up to work dressed like Doug Heffernan from King of Queens in sweats while you work in the Senate is simply lazy and uninspiring..
