but you cannot claim to be a proponent for free speech and object to him kneeling for the anthem.

He needed to be "controversial" to take away from the fact that he's at best a grade B quarterback.

Certainly no Joe Montana or Steve Young.

His profile photo here certainly looks a lot more white than his afro haircuts that he transitioned into, to make hisself [sic] appear mo black.

Yes I can. If I actively tried to stop him from kneeling then I wouldn’t be a proponent of free speech.

He can kneel all he wants, and I can think he’s an ass for doing it.

My favorite part of that whole debacle was people trying to change the narrative that it wasn’t about the American flag, but Kaepernick’s first words of his first quote after doing it the first time were “I am not going to stand up to show pride in a FLAG for a country that oppresses black people and people of color,” so it sure as hell sounds to me like it was about disrespecting the flag.
