That's not very nice. Especially coming from someone who posts stalker videos of actresses on this site and then rates them. You should keep an eye out for restraining orders.

Obviously HBO negotiated with her and knew about the no-nudity clause (which you have absolutely evidence exists) so they could easily have selected one of those "thousands of beautiful young actresses" that are willing to get naked at the drop of a hat.

Not sure why you commented on two posts of mine in different places. I guess you found it interesting enough to keep reading. I don't appreciate the name calling. That point of my comments was not to get into a petty argument but to instead point out generation gaps and inconsistencies in ideology. To directly address your point, they could have easily selected one of those "thousands", however they instead chose the daughter of a famous TV personality who plays by different rules and lives by different standards. I think that was the point of my post. Obviously she has a no-nudity clause. If she didn't, she would have been nude by now. They aren't going to put an attractive young girl on a cable network where all the other actresses have to get naked but she doesn't. She got special treatment. It is what it is. It's just very hypocritical that they showcase nepotism, considering that the show has such an underlying tone of equality for all.

Oh calm down. Allison is perfect for the role of Marnie. I don't care if she's not nude, why do you care so much? They hint on the show that she's a prude when it comes to her body and some people do not like taking their clothes off during sex.

I don't care that she isn't showing tits, she is still hot as *beep*.
But she does take off all of her clothes (season 2 ep. 3).

Sarah Jessica Parker had a no nudity clause for Sex and the City. She was more well known at the time than Allison is now but she was hardly what I would call an "established famous" actress. Also Allison is far from the only exception, Zosia Mammet hasn't been shown nude either. In fact, the only women who have appeared completely naked are Lena, Jemima Kirke and the actress that played Natalia. Further more, you have no proof that this clause even exists. Lena writes every episode, for all we know Allison could have asked to to please not make her do nudity and Lena obliged. There could be a whole host of reasons why. She still does sex scenes, and it hasn't affected the quality of the show. We shouldn't be propagating this idea that an actress can't be successful or respected unless she takes off all her clothes on camera. If she's comfortable with it, great, if not, that's great too. She's a talented young woman, and this post is just judgmental and unintelligent.
