Well, he quit a Netflix film one month into shooting, citing "family reasons".

And if that means, as rumor has it, that he broke a contract not because of a genuine emergency but because he didn't like how things are going... then he's through in Hollywood. Actors who don't honor contracts there, and don't go out and tell the public that the shitty product they just made are worth spending money on, don't get offered new contracts.

He might not know it, but he quit Hollywood the minute he laughed off ever doing a Disney Plus show.

He was done anyway. He wasn't a stellar actor by any means, and obviously difficult to work with. There is a line of people more talented than him with better attitudes that stretches for miles, that would be happy to take whatever roles he's too good for.
