Yikes, he has a dog's muzzle! But he was probably coming off a heavy drug binge. That's nothing a good stint in a rehab can't cure. I don't see what plastic surgery would do for him which healthy living can't.

I live in the city and see gaunt drug addicts all the time. A similar effect can happen when addicted to stimulants but it looks more natural and less fucked up then whatever this mother fucker did. he should have done drugs, at least he would have had a fun time fucking up his body and looking like weirdo. whatever this dude did is way way more alien and freakish than being malnourished from heavy drug use
