A more pc term should be found for her and other non-blonde celebs.
It is offensive in the sense that it's a term white people have always slapped on any non-white person---meaning that the person is weird and different to them simply because they aren't white. Some non-white Americans get called "exotic" even though they're not foreigners or anything. Basically, there's nothing "exotic" about any non-white American who's been here over a hundred years--they're just straight up American.
