You guys ought to know that assaulting people is still illegal, even if they arent left with incapacitating injuries. It's still a felony, even if the injuries are minor or not easily visible.
So no, a video of her going out after an alleged fight isn't proof that he's innocent.

shareLOl. So this is their defense strategy? To bribe some driver? Truly wonder how much money did they offered him? How could he witness every move that was happening in the back of the car if he had to watch the road? Thats what DA will ask him.
Not every assault leaves traces like Rihannas face. Some people get stuck and punched then go and do their thing. Even if that hurt or pain went away after some time. Its still illegal to punch people even if they dont die from that or have visible injures. Not to mention that some bruises dont even show after few days.
He is out no matter how his expensive layer tries to rescue him. Thats his job. But this guy is a serial domestic beater it seems. And those victims of abusive relationship are either scared or always hope he will change and stop. So they go on with their lives, go out, smile in pictures with abuser often hoping things will be better and try to ignore violence. But its still illegal and crime when abuser hits or hurt its victim.
You can go and punch in the stomach your neighbor you have beef with. Or get his throat. And he will show no visible injuries and will go to work next day. But you still commited crime by hitting him. This is something Majors and his defenders dont seem to understand.
He chocked her and hit her and then she went her way like she did countless times before when he hit her. Even if her hand hurts - she will still use it because its her working hand.
