Box office poison?
I do not understand something. Adam Driver has been in a lot of high profile films, and the primary star or co-star in many of these films, yet a lot have been flops.
He has been around a long time now and it seems like he isn't exactly that big of a star (thought he would be a big A-list leading man by now). He receives high praise from critics for every movie he does. Do casual audiences just not like him?
Like has he had a legitimate box office hit as the lead actor? I understand the Star Wars appeal but besides that, what do people mainly recognize him for? If 65 flops, is Hollywood going to stop casting him in big budget movies as the lead? We shall see?
